I just had to let you and your family at Veni Vidi Travel know what a wonderful time i had in your beautiful country. The trip that you organized was above and beyond anything i could have imagined. When i told you that i was more interested in the art and culture of Turkey and not just lying on a beach, you customized a tour to accommodate our wishes perfectly. Mina, who first dealt with us in New York City was extremely helpful and really made us feel comfortable dealing with your agency for the first time. I always feel a little uneasy doing everything online, that's why we sought out someone we could talk to in person.

I laughed when you first greeted us in Istanbul and handed us a cell phone. I have traveled the world and have never had anyone more concerned with my well being enough to allow me to call "on-the-spot" with any issues i might have...but your expertise in knowing your clients proved to hold true when our plane was delayed causing us to make some travel changes. I think you must know everyone in Turkey because all of the guides and the private car and driver you arranged from Anatalya to Cappadocia were really wonderful. You should be very proud to have such loyal friends work with you.

I would love to give you all the credit for my having such a spectacular time throughout Turkey, but from the salesmen in the Grand Bazaar to the little children who want to speak to you and take a picture with you, they all made me feel that i was in a very special place with beautiful people. At the end of our visit, having dinner with you and your wife, and meeting your friends was – as Rick said in the movie Casablanca, "the beginning of a beautiful friendship." Thank you again, and i will see you hopefully in the near future. I am recommending anyone and everyone to you and your travel agency for a trip of a lifetime.

Also ferries to Samos in December that`s even funnier... Alexandria VA is Geoff Roberts location but it seems far away from Australia, it`s actually Virginia USA! You do the maths!!!

We are back in Chile after a beautiful trip. We loved Istanbul, its beauty and its peopole !!! Unfortunately we took 66, yes, 66 hours to get there due to problems with Air France ... But the tour allowed us to know as many places as it was possible and the next day we visited the Cistern, the Spice Market and took a boat on the Bosphorus but we took it in the opposite direction!!!! Well, anyway we loved it, but we would like to go back to Turkey! Thank you very much for your help and orginising the tours for us. Next time we hope we can meet. Thank you for organizing a wonderful trip to Turkey and the Island of Samos for us. Everything was organized just as we had requested and more and at a reasonable cost. Your attention to detail was excellent and recommending of Local Boutique Hotels, day tours, ferries and bus services gave us a feeling of the true turkey experience. The Turkish people where very friendly and helpful. We always felt safe, and were able to contact your Company if needed. We loved our hotel in Istanbul, the view was picture perfect and very central, amazing. We also enjoyed Kusadasi Port, Fethiye Marina and Antalya, which you included, and was, not, originally on our itinerary, was one of our favorite places, the Old Ottoman hotel was amazing a wonderful experience. Cappadocia was like traveling back in time staying in a cave room, the Balloon ride over the fairy cities is not to be missed, we also enjoyed the dinner and dancing held in the cave restaurant. Please thank all your staff, we recommend any fellow Australians to experience Turkey with a local travel agent that knows the “true heart of Turkey” and contact Veni Vidi Travel.

We visited Turkey in September / October 2009 and, apart from the return flights, Veni Vidi Travel made all the arrangements to suit our timetable and budget, including private tours with guides and drivers, hotels and internal flights and transfers. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip, which took in Istanbul, Cappadocia, Pamukkale, classical sites in the Aegean area and Gallipoli. Everything worked very well and we had excellent service from Mr Bulent Albayrak and all of our guides. It was a truly memorable holiday and we would have no hesitation in returning to Turkey or in recommending Veni Vidi Travel to anyone.
