I lived in Turkey for about five years and witnessed first hand the passion that Turks have for this beautiful game. It was ironic that I stumbled on this site while viewing the U.S. Open Cup entrants. There is a club in eastern NY that is called Fenerbahce and I just happened to be wearing my Fenerbahce jersey. Fenerbahce Ole!
