    Hey,
Istanbul is a huge city and anything you want can be found :)
There are beaches, but I'm not sure if you want to swim during November.
About the Disco, Taksim-Beyoglu is the place you want to spend your time, specially on Friday and Saturday nights(It gets pretty crowded and fun)
Shopping, hmm. Depends on what you want to buy. If you want to buy some rugs and carpets and some Turkish spices, Grand Bazaar is the place you want to visit, otherwise, there are lots of big shopping malls in Ist. Cevahir, Metrocity, Kanyon are 3 of them.
    Hope I could help.

Istanbul is Turkey's most populous city, and its cultural and financial center. If you’re a foodie visiting Istanbul,Selin Rozanes from Turkish Flavours can tailor tours highlighting the city’s top food and wine destinations, including markets, restaurants and specialist food shops; or even organize Turkish cookery classes in her own kitchen in Nisantası, where you can taste what you have created. Turkish Flavours also organizes culinary tours throughout Turkey.Turkish Flavours delivers unforgettable culinary experiences and an insight into the Turkish way of life.

Princess Islands are a popular summer resort for local people.

I think the better question is what is not in Istanbul. The New York Times has just voted the city as the number 1 tourist destination for this year. I´ll be there!

Jet charters are useful for those people whose time is invaluable, privacy is important and for whom private jet charter is only realistic option for travel. Jet charter companies facilitate corporate charter services for corporations, members of royal families, business executives and government officials, celebrities and athletes. The main aim of an executive jet charter is to save the time associated with business travel, and to increase productivity.

Istanbul historically known as Byzantium and Constantinople (see Names of Istanbul for further information) is the largest city in Turkey with a population of 13.1 million, which is 17.8% of Turkey's population. Istanbul is also a megacity, as well as the cultural, economic, and financial centre of Turkey. The city covers 39 districts of the Istanbul province. It is located on the Bosphorus Strait and encompasses the natural harbour known as the Golden Horn, in the northwest of the country. It extends both on the European (Thrace) and on the Asian sides of the Bosphorus, and is thereby the only metropolis in the world that is situated on two continents. Istanbul is a designated alpha world city.

Istanbul is Turkey's most populous city, and its cultural and financial center. Located on both sides of the Bosphorus, the narrow strait between the Black Sea and the Marmara Sea, Istanbul bridges Asia and Europe both physically and culturally. Istanbul's population is estimated to be between 12 and 19 million people, making it also one of the largest in Europe and the world. stanbul was one of three European Capitals of Culture in 2010

Istanbul is shopping paradise. You can check here for more information http://www.istanbulshoppingmalls.net/. I'm not sure for the beaches, I don't think they have good once. For nightlife I can recommend you to visit Taxim district. There are located the most popular clubs and discos in Istanbul.
