I am planning a fall trip to Turkey. I am really looking forward to the trip including the foods. I understand it is difficult to get coffee for breakfast. Is this correct? How different is Turkish coffee from regular coffee? Also, if anyone can suggest me some Turkish dishes for meals, that will be great! Thanks a lot!

Regular coffee which most of the world drink in the morning is actually called "Nescafe". Most of the time it is the instant coffee not brewed.
You can get regular coffee almost everywhere in the morning. There is no problem with that.

Turkish cuisine is largely the heritage of Ottoman cuisine, which can be described as a fusion and refinement of Central Asian, Middle Eastern and Balkan cuisines. Turkish cuisine has in turn influenced those and other neighboring cuisines, including that of western Europe. The Ottomans fused various culinary traditions of their realm with influences from Middle Eastern cuisines, along with traditional Turkic elements from Central Asia, creating a vast array of specialties- many with strong regional associations.

Can anyone recommend which particular desserts I should try in Turkey? For example, I don't like honey, but I like chocolate and nuts very much, so maybe there is something with these ingredients? I just want to learn some desserts names before I go on my holidays to Turkey. TIA.
