   I spend quite a lot of time trying to recreate some of the many wonderful meals we've had in Turkey.
   
   
   Just wondering if anyone can recommend any cookbooks or websites on Turkish food.

   Anyway, the meal that you want to cook is important. We have got hundreds of meals changing due to the region. I may help if you write the name, or the region that it belongs.

   especially the one belongs to Binnur would be very helpfull

   We prefer "Turkish Raki" but it is OK to buy us a bottle of cold "Efes" beer to keep us working
