Your best chances in Istabul then are with <a href="www.boun.edu.tr">Bogazici Uni</a> (state uni), <a href="http://www.sabanciuniv.edu/"> Sabanci Uni</a> (private), and perhaps <a href="http://international.bilgi.edu.tr/"> Bilgi Uni </a> (private). There are about 30 universities in Istanbul nowadays, majority are smaller private universities. If you want to transfer credits, you should have it done by means of Milli Egitim Bakanligi Denklik Kurulu. They basicly see if the University can accept your credits.
