Maybe too local for you but "Beylerbeyi Eski Midyeci" has the best and simplest seafood in Beylerbeyi. It is close to Akbank at the center.
Others are regular restaurants;
Beylerbeyi Restaurant - http://www.beylerbeyiiskelerestaurant.com.tr/

I've heard much about the Beylerbeyi harbor but never managed to get over there. I understand there are also a number of restaurants on the water and more tucked back into the streets behind it. Can anyone recommend a specific place there? Seems a lovely place to have a meal.
