Surrounded by eight countries, Turkey is one of the most noteworthy and cheap holiday destinations that have so much to offer and do, all at feasible rates. Nevertheless, whatever be your budget at Turkey, you may easily find an all-inclusive choice of adventure holidays. In this article, know more about some of the most popular adventure activities that you can enjoy in Turkey.

Turkey even has a very uneven and diverse terrain consisting of mountains, valleys and trails that also makes it the best destination to enjoy hiking. In fact, it has many different spots such as the Lycian way, which is Kate Clow's 500-km marked trail and St Paul Trail where you can benefit or practice one of its own kinds of hiking experience. Every trail offers a unique hiking experience.

In addition to this, it also has a huge and varied coastline, which also provides numerous options like white-water rafting and kayaking. Nevertheless, if you are among those who are looking for ways to make your cheap Turkey holiday more active then you must not miss a traditional sailing boat known as a gullet.

On your visits to mosques and if you have short on you, then they will supply scarfs at the gate and they will kindly ask you to cover your legs and shoulders... For the rest of the country I dont think that it will be a problem at all, especially if you are traveling in summer season.

Wish you a beautiful trip....

Its depends where you're traveling in Turkey. If you're going to tourist areas then anything seems to go and thigh length shorts will be totally fine, as will sleeveless tops. If you're going to visit the less commercial parts, then you should cover up appropriately.
Have an amazing holiday..

Also, you probably want universities with classes taught in English. Your best chances in Istabul then are with Bogazici Uni (state uni), Sabanci Uni (private), and perhaps Bilgi Uni (private). There are about 30 universities in Istanbul nowadays, majority are smaller private universities. The bigger state universities traditionally focus on education in Turkish, although in the last 10 years or so they have also invested a lot in English education.

Hi

While Istanbul has a colourful and lively night life, it has has many tourist traps and rather dodgy places. I'd definitely research on where to go/what to do before I'd go out.

For a brief & compact overview of Istanbul night life see this link here. It gives a nice first impression of what to expect.

My wife and I are flying into Istanbul early morning in 5th July after a transatlantic flight and leaving early the next morning from Gokcen for Cappadocia. On the day of arrival we will probably explore whatever sightseeing we can. Any recommendations would be helpful. Also, which area should we stay? Can you recommend a hotel for $125 max? Thanks.

You will have hard time to refuse to drink or to eat something if somebody offers to you.
I thought black tea is also considered as herbal tea too.
You may not find the exact "Herbal Tea" you used to drink everyday but you will find the different varieties of Herbal Teas in the local coffee houses.

I strictly only drink herbal tea. I am not sure if I can get any herbal tea during my stay to Turkey. Any help would be appreciated. Also, how can I refuse other tea if someone offers as hospitality? Thanks.

My wife and I will be in Istanbul for a few unexpected extra days in late June. We'd appreciate recommendations for relatively inexpensive and easy overnights to other areas of Turkey. Thanks.

The tour guide in Turkey can be very expensive. However, I managed to arrange for a private all-day tour with an archeologist guide through Meander Travel of Kusadasi. Ephesus has so much that can be enjoyed without a guide, having archeologists who can answer questions with in-depth knowledge and provide a personal view was very helpful.
