try the one in sultanahmet next to subway. i dont remmember the name but it is the most famous one. it was around 20 dollars. but it was really nice.

I've heard one of the best things about Turkey is the baths. Which one is the cheapest? Which is the best value? Are these places clean?

I am Turkish but I have never gone to a "Turkish Bath" in my life. I think you can get such an information only from tourists who visited Turkey.
